1 Definitions and Introduction

This document forms a legal agreement between the kj44 platform ("Platform", "kj44", "we") and the user ("Member", "you"). kj44 is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service of this platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this platform.

• "Account" — The profile created by a person upon registering with kj44.
• "Balance" — The amount of bettable funds held in an account.

2 Account Registration

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

kj44 services are for individuals aged 21 or above only. Registration or gameplay by minors on this platform is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

kj44 may request documents for age verification at any time. If registration is made with a false age, the account will be closed immediately and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit money into kj44. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods). Deposits are generally processed instantly.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name to make deposits.
• Depositing funds from a third-party account or credit card is prohibited.
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawals

Certain conditions must be met to withdraw winnings. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x), meaning the bonus becomes withdrawable after wagering an amount equal to 20 times the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is valid for a specific period. Once the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met.
• Another bonus cannot be accepted while one bonus is already active.
• If misuse of a promotion is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.3 VIP Program

The kj44 VIP program has five tiers. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive greater benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on kj44 are conducted according to specific rules. Members should understand the rules of each game before participating.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets cannot be changed once confirmed.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled at the discretion of the management.
• kj44 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• In live betting, bets placed after an event due to a delay may be considered void.

6.2 Casino Games

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
• If any game remains incomplete due to a technical error, kj44 reserves the right to make a decision.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are broadcast live with real dealers. kj44 is not responsible for any interruption or disconnection caused by internet connectivity issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing a false identity or age.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in any game or bonus system.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technological advantage to play games.
• Colluding with other members to place bets.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system.

10.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, the account balance may be forfeited. However, any valid balance unrelated to fraud or prohibited activity will be returned.

10.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may contact support via live chat to close their account. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kj44 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server failures, or internet connectivity issues.
